About Us

   THE VALLEYVIEW & DISTRICTS AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY WAS INCORPORATED DECEMBER 11, 1967 AND HAS BEEN ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY FOR 52 YEARS.  THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE VOLUNTEERS FROM THE COMMUNITY AND OVERSEE THE OPERATION OF THE AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY.  A BIG THANK YOU GOES OUT TO ALL DIRECTORS FOR VOLUNTEERING THEIR TIME.

DUE TO ANNOUNCEMENTS ON APRIL 6 BY THE GOVT.  AND HAVING TO MOVE BACK TO STEP 1,  THE SO YOU WANT TO RIDE A HORSE WILL BE POSTPONNED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Thanks Melroy Lavis for coming up and fixing the back arena door and to Steve Wiebe for plowing snow in the parking lots.  Dean Adolphson for working arena, Melroy Lavis for watering arena.

What's New in April

We are open for scheduled riding only.  NO DROP INS.  

The arena is open for members to go in and ride, please schedule a ride time in advance and have confirmation before going in.   

Non members can now ride in arena but it has to be booked privately ($52.50) or they can ride with a member and pay a drop in fee($26.25)

Riding and Group lessons to be booked privately.

Professionals allowed to come in and work on horses in the Red Barn with a $52.50 booking fee.
